Service Description
Hybrid learning course. **Participants MUST successfully complete the online portion PRIOR to the in-person skills session or they will not be allowed to complete the course** Certification valid for 2 years. Cancellation Policy
To book your course, text/call Michelle at 860.480.7939 or email us at heartstarttraininginstitute@gmail.com. Classes are scheduled according to your availability! It's that easy! To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours before the start of your session. If you have to cancel the day of your scheduled session, or if you do not show up, you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
